MO LEHMBERG is a theatre artist with a concentration in scenic design and scenic painting. She received her BFA in scenic design from Rutgers University Mason Gross School of the Arts, where she was awarded the Dr. Jaroslav and Grayce Susan Burian Prize.
Mo is interested in creating malleable spaces that adapt and surprise. She has a backround in drawing and visual arts, but enjoys exploring the juxtaposition between different textures and dynamic movement of forms.
Mo also believes in the promotion of diverse artists. She has been a part of the Mason Gross student/faculty Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) committee, which focused on acknowledging the disparities between the school and its disenfranchised students. In her work, she strives to represent honesty and respect for diverse cultures and communities to the best of her ability.
